We start from the chapel of Chiqueda de Cima, next to the river Alcôa and the route will lead us through typical Mediterranean forests, where executioners and oaks predominate. From there, your faithful four-legged friend will penetrate the magical karst valley of Ribeira do Mogo, characterized by its deep and sinuous fit in limestone formations, where one of the most famous karst springs in the region is found – the Suão well -, and source of the Alcoa River.
